摘要: Abstract The N gene of Nicotiana tabacum cv. Samsun NN is a resistance for Tobacco mosaic virus . transcription the increases immediately after infection or transient expression elicitor p50, helicase domain 126/180 K replicases. In this study, we cloned upstream sequences from and fused them to GFP reporter promoter assays. Agrobacterium -mediated in N. nn lacking allowed us evaluate activity with without p50 and/or Individual specifically stimulated promoter, although stimulation by was less prominent than that p50. coexpression resulted higher individual expression. Through deletion gain-of-function analyses region, identified 20-bp elicitor-responsive sequence essential sufficient Based on these data, discuss possibility may mediate cooperatively upon infection.
