摘要: The effects of ozone and chlorine on algae were examined with respect to cell surface characteristics, lysis coagulation ability. Two studied: a green alga ( Scenedesmus quadricauda ) diatom Cyclotella sp.). Cell properties characterized using scanning electron micrographs, particle size distributions electrophoretic mobility measurements. Jar tests used evaluate the algal suspensions polyaluminium chloride (PACl). results showed that changes in characteristics cells from or yielded an improvement removal through combination improved ability PACl. was not enhanced by preoxidation.
