摘要: Adsorptive membranes were investigated for the downstream processing of plasmid DNA by quantifying both separation efficiencies and adsorption uptake with anion-exchange membranes. Separation 10-ml Mustang-Q measured using pulses 6.1-kilo base pair lysozyme tracers, comparing responses conventional reverse-flow operation. The exhibited nearly 200 plates/cm, almost as high efficiency protein despite large difference in size. This behavior contrasts strongly typical spherical porous particle packings, which predicted decreases increases tracer Batch isotherms on small sheets at various ionic strengths showed capacities very biomolecules. maximum binding capacity membrane unit was calculated 10 mg plasmid/ml, an order magnitude greater than values reported beads.
