摘要: Delivery of cytoplasmic vesicles to discrete plasma-membrane domains is critical for establishing and maintaining cell polarity, neurite differentiation regulated exocytosis. The exocyst a multisubunit complex required vectorial targeting subset secretory vesicles. Mechanisms that regulate the activity this in mammals are unknown. Here we show Sec5, an integral component exocyst, direct target activated Ral GTPases. GTPases basolateral proteins epithelial cells, secretagogue-dependent exocytosis neuroendocrine cells assembly complexes. These observations define as regulators vesicle trafficking.
