摘要: The invention relates to a device that emits light in response an electrical or luminous excitation, such as light-emitting diodes, displays, and e-readers. Such devices are for example found televisions, mobile phones, tablet computers, even desktop computers. present makes it possible produce exhibits very narrow emission spectrum and, simultaneously, allows perfect control of the wavelength, directivity and/or polarization emitted light, thus brightness range displays composed from be increased. More particularly, activation excitation means, this comprising at least one flattened anisotropic colloidal semiconductor nanocrystal smallest dimension which, namely its thickness, is smaller than two others by factor 1.5, intensity said varying function angle between direction normal largest surface nanocrystal. Various embodiments these also presented.
