摘要: A quantum dot-based light sheet or film is disclosed. In certain embodiments, a includes one more films layers comprising dots (QD) disposed on at least portion of surface waveguide and with LEDs optically coupled to the waveguide. The layer can be continuous discontinuous. optionally further include host material in which are dispersed. solid state light-device including quantum-dot based optical component disclosed herein also provided.
