摘要: Through magnetotransport measurements and analysis of the observed Shubnikov de-Haas oscillations in (010) (AlxGa1-x)2O3/Ga2O3 heterostructures, spin-splitting Landau levels Ga2O3 two-dimensional electron gas (2DEG) has been studied. Analysis indicates that results from Zeeman effect. By fitting both first second harmonics as a function magnetic field, we determine magnitude splitting to be 0.4 ħωc, with corresponding effective g-factor 2.7, for field perpendicular 2DEG.Through 2DEG.
