摘要: Abstract This study 1 aims to understand the social and organizational factors that influence knowledge sharing. A model of management sharing was developed inspired by work Nahapiet Ghoshal (1998). Data on demographics various capital measures were collected from a sample members tertiary educational institution in Singapore 2003. Reward & recognition, open-mindedness cost concerns hoarding turned out be strongest predictors rather than pro-social motives or concern. Individuals who are highly competent their abilities less likely share what they know when perceive there few rewards is not recognized organization. Overall, findings provide evidence for importance conducive climate state-of-the art performance systems ensure successful transition ‘knowledge power culture’ high-performing organization where represents key enabler improved business performance.
