摘要: The invention relates to apparatus for the continuous boiling of wort in which separators (5 and 6) serve depressurization lowering temperature separating off vapor are each combined into one structural unit (8 7 respectively) with appertaining recuperative heat exchangers (2 1 respectively). This results considerable simplification apparatus, a reduction amount space required an increase degree efficiency from point view engineering.
