摘要: The branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs; valine, isoleucine, and leucine) are the major nitrogen source for glutamine alanine synthesis in muscle. Synthesis of glutamine, alanine, BCAA use is activated critical illnesses such as sepsis, cancer, trauma. often exceeds its synthesis, resulting lack plasma tissues. In illness, resynthesis from keto activated, particularly hepatic tissue. released to circulation may be used protein or glutamine. Glutamine and/or infusion has an inhibitory effect on breakdown body proteins decreases catabolism postabsorptive control, endotoxemic, irradiated rats. Decreased also was observed when by ammonia infusion. conclusion some favorable effects supply can explained role positive exogenous metabolism BCAA.
