World Trade Organization (WTO)

摘要: The World Trade Organization (WTO),established in 1995 as a result of the Uruguay Round Multilateral Negotiations, is global international organization administering rules trade. These include, among others: General Agreement on Tariffs and (GATT), Services (GATS), Related Aspects Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS), Application Sanitary Phytosanitary Measures (SPS Agreement). With objective ensuring predictable transparent multilateral trading system, WTO monitors implementation trade rules, serves forum for negotiations, administers Policy Review Mechanism (TPRM) provides mechanism dispute settlement.
