摘要: We study the electric control of Josephson current flowing in a clean triplet superconductor (TS) junction with two-dimensional electron gas (2DEG) layer between two leads. The Rashba spin-orbit coupling (RSOC) is considered 2DEG region and its strength can be altered by an external field. Since TS Cooper pairs achieve spin precession phase due to pseudomagnetic field from RSOC when they travel region, exhibits regular 0-π oscillation, abrupt reversal effect, unusual temperature dependence. Our findings may provide purely means current.
