摘要: Cervical cancer is the second leading malignant tumor in women. Human papillomavirus 16 (HPV16) one risk factor for cervical cancer, with its expressed E7 protein can facilitate transformation of epithelial cells. MicroRNA-21 (miR-21) important growth regulatory involving angiogenesis, invasion and metastasis. This study thus aimed to investigate role high-risk HPV16 regulating miR-21 expression carcinoma related functions. Hela cells were transfected pcDNA-HPV16 expressing vectors. The level was determined by Western blotting, while quantified real-time PCR. alternation cell proliferation transfecting inhibitor into E7-overexpressing Cell apoptosis studied caspase-3 assay, illustrated Transwell chamber. overexpression HPV facilitated miR-21, which potentiated invasion. inhibition E7-overexpressin inhibit both invasion, but without significant effects on activity. up-regulate host expression, elevating growth, Therefore, critical occurrence progression carcinoma.
