摘要: Sensitive and specific biomarkers for the early detection of cervical cancer are urgently required to reduce high morbidity mortality this disease. We previously demonstrated that circulating microRNAs (miRNAs) correlated with certain types human cancer. The aim study was investigate altered profile serum miRNAs in patients order predict at a relative stage. Serum samples were collected from 213 158 age- ethnicity-matched controls. An initial screening miRNA expression performed by Solexa sequencing. Differential validated using stem-loop quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) assay individual arranged two-phase selection validation. sequencing results revealed 12 markedly upregulated compared reverse transcription-qPCR analysis identified 5 (miR-21, −29a, −25, −200a −486-5p) as biomarker. receiver operating characteristic curves indicated panel constitutes more sensitive diagnostic test any single miRNA-based assay, squamous cell carcinoma antigen or carbohydrate 125. More importantly, miR-29a miR-200a may indicate tumor histological grade progression Therefore, 5-miRNA signature genome-wide profiling serve fingerprint diagnosis.
