摘要: Fasting, meal-stimulated, and insulin-hypoglycemia-stimulated serum gastrin levels were measured before 3 12 months after gastric bypass surgery in nine obese patients. The basal concentration was unaffected by the operation. After a meal both blood glucose significantly increased operation (p less than 0.002), whereas there no significant release response to food Insulin hypoglycemia did not elicit any either or surgery, even though considerable obtained. It is concluded that this lack of insulin postoperatively may part explain rare development peptic ulcer patients extensive exclusion.
