摘要: We developed a practical and cost-effective method of production 3D-printed model the arterial Circle Willis patients treated because an intracranial aneurysm. present explain steps necessary to produce 3D from medical image data, express significant value such models have in patient-specific pre-operative planning as well education. A Digital Imaging Communications Medicine (DICOM) viewer is used create visualization patient's Computed Tomography Angiography (CTA) images. After generating reconstruction, we manually remove anatomical components that wish exclude print by utilizing tools provided with imaging software. then export this reconstructions file into Standard Triangulation Language (STL) which run through "Slicer" software generate G-code for printer. complete, supports created during printing process are removed manually. The were good accuracy scale. median time described manuscript was 4.4 h (range: 3.9-4.5 h). Models evaluated neurosurgical teams at local hospital quality practicality use urgent non-urgent care. hope readers adequate insight equipment they would require quickly their own accurate CT angiography It has become quite clear us cost-benefit ratio simplified worthwhile.
