摘要: Synthetic antibody libraries are constructed using designed synthetic DNA that facilitates the use of highly optimized human frameworks and enables introduction defined chemical diversity at positions most likely to contribute antigen recognition. Using a relatively simple design based on single framework into which is restricted four complementarity-determining regions two amino acids (tyrosine serine), these capable generating specific antibodies against diverse range protein antigens. Moreover, by methods described here, more complex can be able produce with affinities specificities beyond capacity natural antibodies.
