摘要: The faecal flora of 55 children (aged 8 days to years) and 16 adults was determined. All the were artificially fed from birth. youngest age group generally less complex predictable than that adults. Some bacterial groups commonly found in adult stools, for example bacilli, lactobacilli yeasts, rarely infants. Most changes towards pattern took place between 4 12 months. aged 1-4 years resembled adults, although still infrequently isolated.
