An easy way to perdeuterated pyrazoles by catalytic exchange reactions

摘要: Abstract The perdeuterated pyrazole has been obtained through a base catalysed exchange reaction in very mild conditions. 3,5-dimethylpyrazole-1,4-d2 also synthesised the same way, while 3,5-dimethylpyrazole was two steps. In first step 2,4-pentandione prepared according to and following this product condensed with hydrazine. all cases deuterated products contain about 90% of deuterium. residual hydrogens are mainly located on nitrogen.
