摘要: Abstract Si 4+ was introduced to the lattice of LiEuMo 2 O 8 by solid-state reaction prepare a new kind red-emitting 2− x (0 ≤0.5) phosphors. The introduction ion caused distortion and slight shrinking unit cell material, blue-shift charge-transfer-absorption (CTA) band . Photoluminescence excitation (PLE) photoluminescence measurements showed that able enhance efficiency in NUV spectral region (360–400 nm). Consequently red emission phosphor improved 30% at =0.2 under 395 nm light excitation, without loss color purity. enhanced discussed terms CTA relaxation parity-forbidden selection rules for trivalent europium luminescent centers.
