摘要: Abstract A series of well textured undoped and La-doped CuO (LaxCu1-xO, x = 0, 0.03, 0.06 0.10) nanostructures were synthesised via a low cost facile wet chemical precipitation route. The structural, optical temperature dependent electrical properties the products investigated correlated. X-ray diffraction (XRD) showed formation pure phase monoclinic (undoped 3–6 at.% La-dopped sample) CuO-La2O2CO3 mixed in higher doped sample (10 at.%). Scanning electron microscopy revealed shrimp like diverse sizes aspect ratios for all samples. samples an absorption spectra with cut-off wavelengths lying visible spectral region. conductivity was measured trends depicted typical semiconducting behaviour La doping >3 associated increased resistivity premature levelling profiles at temperature. At 523 K, electric field generated mobility carrier concentration product values observed to drop monotonously doping. room found increase from 7.11 × 1014 (cm.s.V)−1 0 peak 2.16 × 1015 3 dropped 8.95 × 1013 10 at.%. conduction mechanism explained on basis hopping model.
