摘要: Four species of brown algae (Phaeophyta) were collected from Al-Khafji and Al-Dammam areas on the Saudi coast Arabian Gulf. The algal samples dry digested. concentrations Cd, Cu, Fe, Pb Zn measured in aliquot using Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer. Normal levels found for Cu Zn. average concentration these metals ranged between 0.62 1.95 µg g -1 3.95 11.23 15.70 75.25 High burden Fe (161-1,466 ) (8.84-18.60 four at both sites. highest Cd area, whereas elevated obtained area.
