摘要: Blood volume is a critical factor in maintaining hemodynamic equilibrium and tissue oxygenation. Intravascular regulated very closely by means of several complex mechanisms, for which the onset action varies widely. In some situations, such as acute bleeding, sepsis or with use certain drugs, body must withstand absolute relative changes blood that cannot be immediately compensated regulatory mechanisms. these main goal therapy to temporarily increase plasma until body’s own mechanisms can correct hypovolemia.
