摘要: Background: Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is of clinical and public health importance, affecting up to one in five women reproductive age. It has significant diverse implications including reproductive, metabolic, psychological features. Aim: The study was investigate the effect anti-inflammatory dietary combo on endocrine, inflammatory, profiles overweight obese with PCOS. Materials Methods: A total 100 nonpregnant, overweight, adult females PCOS according Rotterdam criteria, were screened during year 2012, 75 completed trial. At baseline end, fasting blood samples drawn measure biological markers, body fat percent (BFP), visceral area (VFA) assessed by InBody720 device anthropometric measurements done for all participants who subjected an hypocaloric diet physical activity 12 weeks. Results: completion, we achieved moderate weight loss (± 7%) improvements composition, hormones menstrual cyclicity, pressure, glucose homeostasis, dyslipidemia, C-reactive protein (CRP), serum amyloid (SAA) (surrogate measures cardiovascular risk (CVR)). This a clinically relevant that associated reduced prevalence type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM2) metabolic (MS) general population improved fertility outcomes We 63% regain cyclicity 12% spontaneous pregnancy rate within week.
