摘要: Knowledge of cancer genetics is advancing our biological understanding breast, colon, prostate and lung cancers. A family history any one these four types can increase an individual's personal risk to also develop a malignancy. For some families, genetic testing, in combination with counseling, be helpful way identify hereditary predisposition gene or establish management plan. In this paper, we will review the current state knowledge surrounding factors influencing cancer.
