摘要: Global transcriptome studies demonstrated the existence of unique plant responses under combined stress which are otherwise not seen during individual stresses. In order to combat plants use signaling pathways and ‘cross talk’ mediated by hormones involved in growth related processes. However, interactions among hormones’ stressed yet known. Here we studied dynamics different drought pathogen infection Arabidopsis thaliana liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) based profiling. Our results revealed abscisic acid (ABA) salicylic (SA) as key regulators respectively. Under host (DH) observed non-induced levels ABA with an upsurge SA jasmonic (JA) concentrations, underscoring their role basal tolerance against pathogen. a non-host interaction (DNH) plants, ABA, JA profiles were similar those DH or alone. We propose that SA/JA dependent antagonize biosynthesis early stage stress. The study provides insights into hormone modulation at time points
