摘要: The T cell antigen receptor (TCR) is a multisubunit surface molecule on cells which recognizes foreign antigens. In addition to the clone-specific alpha beta or gamma delta heterodimer recognition element, each TCR has five invariant chains--the CD3-gamma, -delta, and -epsilon chains zeta eta disulfide dimer. Receptor assembly expression requires presence of all except eta. Targetting partial complexes, however, determined differently by specific with chain in murine providing safe transport assembled pentamers from Golgi complex surface. signalling involves activation two kinase pathways--protein C non-receptor protein tyrosine kinase. eta-containing TCRs couple preferentially PKC pathway mediating phosphoinositide hydrolysis. We have evidence that activated may be fyn, member src family. While roles for are not yet defined, we implicated as uniquely coupling engagement distal IL-2 signalling, perhaps via pathway.
