摘要: The current model of action androgens involves activation a cytoplasmic receptor that migrates into the nucleus to regulate expression specific genes, either positively or negatively. While positive regulation requires direct binding DNA, negative occurs mainly through protein-protein interactions and other transcription factors. More recent findings have shown also mediates non-conventional responses attributed hitherto only activated growth factor receptors. These actions proceed principally kinases they suggest in addition its genomic functions, androgen regulates non-genomic processes.
