摘要: The c9,t11 isomer of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) is the most abundant CLA form present in human diet, and particularly prevalent milk dairy products, known to exert several health benefits experimental animal models. A possible mechanism action c9,t11CLA relies on its metabolism via desaturases elongases partial beta oxidation peroxisomes. In this study, we aimed establish plasma incorporation downstream metabolites healthy volunteers after daily dietary intakes 0.8g, 1.6g or 3.2g capsule for two months. Following supplementation, concentrations dienes (CD) 18:3 product CD 16:2 were incorporated a linear fashion, while other hand 20:3 reached plateau following 1.6g/d intake, was not further increased higher intakes. We may conclude that supplementation levels result responses main plasma. addition, only highest concentration intake tested (3.2g/d) yielded close range found sufficient nutritional effects
