摘要: An MIS coplanar waveguide propagating a slow-wave mode has been characterised in the time domain. The theoretical analysis proposed to obtain time-domain response of line gives results good agreement with measurements. circuit used is suitable for determination spurious propagation effects, inherent use miniature waveguides encountered MMICs, such as Schottky contact lines and coupled microstrip laid on substrates.
