摘要: Background Despite the use of mood stabilizers, a significant proportion patients with bipolar affective disorder experience frequent relapses. A pilot study cognitive therapy (CT) specifically designed to prevent relapses for showed encouraging results when used in conjunction stabilizers. This article reports outcome randomized controlled CT help and promote social functioning.
