摘要: The paper presents an animal model of schizophrenic-like attentional deficit, consisting inability to ignore irrelevant stimuli. It is based on the paradigm latent inhibition (LI), in which animals learn repeatedly presented stimuli not followed by meaningful consequences. In a series experiments it was demonstrated that capacity lost rats treated with systemic or intra-accumbens injections amphetamine, normal volunteers given high "psychosis-prone" persons, acute schizophrenic patients and untreated male adult were raised until weaning under conditions extremely restricted stimulation. addition, LI following disruption hippocampal input nucleus accumbens. all above tested for antagonism anti-psychotic drugs loss reversed. On basis these results we propose accommodates neurodevelopmental dysfunction, pathology, mesolimbic DA overactivity, vulnerability stress, gender differences, have been postulated as factors pathophysiology schizophrenia.
