摘要: For 300 keV H+, 100 360 He+, and N+ the increase of mean energy loss difference ΔEϕ0 = ΔEϕ − ΔE0 with angle is measured in carbon foils different thickness inhomogeneities. This clearly related to straggling. The data derived from various sets quite uniform may serve as a standard reference for 0 targets produced usual way. Spectra plots demonstrate how foil inhomogeneities modify distribution transmitted particles.
