摘要: Nuclear growth, microspore cell growth and cycle stage were examined in microspores of anthers Hordeum vulgare L. cv. Klages taken from florets the middle spike as per anther staging methods. Although there was wide variation nuclear size at all stages cycle, mean appeared to be a good indicator for within anthers. Microspore increased considerably during Gl cycle. Anthers bearing cytologically characterized mid-uninucleate stage, which have proven yield high levels callus production, determined G1 regularly found spikes tillers base flag leaf had emerged 0 3 cm above penultimate leaf.
