摘要: Abstract The influence of environmental and cultural changes was investigated on both anther culture microspore barley cv. Igri. highest regeneration frequency for systems obtained when at least 50% the population in mid-late to late uninucleate stage, anthers had been pretreated 4 days mannitol performed with oxygen supply regular intervals. Furthermore, supplement vitamins casein hydrolysate medium improved isolated culture, whereas these compounds a negative effect, if any effect all, anthers. Anther is not as laborious but turned out be 5 times less efficient. When mechanically microspores were cultured, under conditions found optimal present study, mean 12.4 green plants per obtained.
