摘要: Supplements of 8 mgl-1 L-Alanine (L-Ala), L-Asparagine (L-Asn), L-Glutamine (L-Gln) and + to modified MS media increased the frequency differentiation percentage green plant regeneration in barley callus. It also decreased ratio albino plants. The actions amino acids were related distinct isozyme electrophoretic patterns, activity peroxidase mino content possible mechanisms action on callus are briefly discussed.
