摘要: In pigeonpea (Cajanus cajan L.) shoot buds were induced when cotyledonary node explants supplemented with benzylaminopurine (BAP; 2 mg dm−3). When 0.1 dm-3 BAP and 0.01 naphtahalene acetic acid to the medium, 34 – 35 % of developed microshoots. By supplementing amino acids like proline, glutamine, asparagine L-cysteine, bud development microshoots was enhanced at least by two fold. Amongst proline gave maximum number per explant. With increase in concentration acids, fresh mass increased but microshoot decreased. Also methane evolution addition also medium containing more its nitrogen form ammonia. Increased accompanied reduction ethylene, enhancement efficiency development.
