摘要: A molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) was synthesized by precipitation polymerization with tanshinone IIA as the template and used an adsorbent for solid-phase extraction (SPE). simulation employed to predict most suitable solvent, functional monomer, molar ratio of monomer. The obtained materials were evaluated transmission electron microscopy, scanning rebinding experiments, exhibiting good morphology, high binding IIA.
