FTIR Study of Horseradish Peroxidase in Reverse Micelles

摘要: Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) method was used to study the secondary structures of horseradish peroxidase (HRP) in aqueous solution and reverse micelles for first time. Results indicated that structure HRP sodium bis(2-ethylhexy)sulfosuccinate (AOT) close solution. In cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) dodecylfate (SDS) position some bands changed. had a relationship with surfactant species micelles. Among three types micelles, system AOT probably most beneficial reaction media HRP.
