摘要: The performance of an adaptive model-based controller for the administration atracurium, mivacurium, rocuronium and vecuronium was compared in 159 adult surgical patients. degree neuromuscular block set to 90% 95% mivacurium. Performance assessed by calculating median prediction error (bias), absolute (inaccuracy), divergence, wobble, mean offset standard deviation from setpoint. All indices showed minimal actual Although appeared be able control induced at mivacurium better than atracurium 90%, differences between four studied relaxants were small have hardly any clinical significance. We conclude that a is useful or vecuronium.
