摘要: Abstract Nasopharynx-associated lymphoid tissue (NALT) is responsible for immune responses in the upper respiratory tract of rodents. In our model protein malnutrition (R21 group), bronchus-associated (BALT), situated lower tract, showed a decrease CD4+, CD8α+, and TCRαβ+ lymphocytes but TCRγδ+ cells were increased. Besides, there no information regarding frequencies T-cell populations 60-day-old Wistar rats (C60 group). So, aim present study was to analyze by flow cytometry NALT T-cells from both groups. isolated R21 C60 groups stained with different antibodies. Samples run on FACScalibur cytometer. Background staining evaluated using isotype controls. Data analysis performed BD Cell Quest® WinMDI 2.9. C60, predominant population CD4+TCRαβ+, which significantly diminished group. However, majority expressing CD8αβ, not affected. secondary immunodeficiency, compartmentalization between BALT because they differ affected even though are inductive sites common mucosal system.
