摘要: The objective of this study was to compare the induction humoral and cell-mediated immune responses by four commercially available single-dose porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV-2) vaccines. A total 50 3-week-old piglets were assigned five groups (10 pigs per group). Four commercial PCV-2 vaccines administered according manufacturer's instructions observed for 154 days post vaccination (dpv). Inactivated chimeric PCV-1-2 induced higher levels PCV-2-specific neutralizing antibodies (NA) interferon-γ-secreting cells (IFN-γ-SC) in than did other three proportions CD4(+) significantly animals vaccinated with inactivated two subunit To our knowledge, is first comparison immunity under same conditions. results demonstrated quantitative differences following vaccination.
