摘要: The diagnostical use of pacemaker after cardiac surgery is presented. Temporary electrodes have been inserted during into the wall atrial and ventricular myocardium. With aid these electrodes, an analysator wire 6 volts, a Medtronic 5840 type electrophysiological studies performed. diastolic supernormal stimulation threshold, duration relative refractory period were measured, clinical significance latency was analysed. It has found that decrease shortening period, appearance phenomenon promote arrhythmias. By investigating conduction capacity atrioventricular system, latent disturbances could be revealed, significant difference demonstrated between WPW syndrome other kinds PR interval shortening. In addition optimal heart rate requirement (optimal pacing rate) following defined. These parameters present more precise information on condition than does generally used ECG monitoring. When are repeatedly determined, patient's arrhythmias can evaluated safely accurately; in number cases, even absence any rhythm disturbances, impending predicted. “Pacemaker monitoring” postoperative patients, therefore, affords greater possibility for preventing development major
