摘要: Nanometer nickel phosphide compounds (Ni2P and Ni12P5) were synthesized via a mild hydrothermal method with red phosphor chloride as raw materials. XRD, EDS, TEM SEM analysis employed to characterize the obtained products. The results showed that as-prepared products well crystallized particle sizes ranged from 10 40 nm. Effects of material ratios initial pH reaction system on final investigated. result increased P/Ni ratio benefited formation Ni2P but went against obtaining Ni12P5 nanoparticles only in alkaline environment.
