摘要: Abstract In this work, low concentrated ammonia solution (up to ∼10 wt.%) was used capture from blast furnace gas (BFG), compared exhausted power plant have a high CO2 concentration(up ∼23 vol.%). Pilot with processing capacity of 50 Nm3-BFG/hr built at POSCO in late 2008. Changing the operating conditions pilot test absorption and regeneration temperature, circulating flow-rate between absorber stripper, side stream ratio columns for removing slipped ammonia, then collect data such as flow rates, concentration gas. Based on collected data, we analyze results removal efficiency, purity recovered consumed utilities (steam, cooling water, …). Through analysis results, will find main factors affecting operation ammonia-based process design 1000 Nm3-BFG/hr.
