Optical investigation of photo-bleaching effects in organic Alq(3) thin films

摘要: The photo-bleaching effects of selective ultraviolet and blue light illumination on the photoluminescence spectra thermally evaporated tris(8-hydroxy-quinoline) aluminum (Alq3) thin films exposed in air were investigated by fluorescence spectroscopy advanced optical imaging techniques. intensity time behavior observed Alq3 at different excitation powers allows to establish that molecules their exciting state are involved these complex phenomena. processes exploited for direct laser patterning films.
