摘要: Abstract Optical photoluminescence of thermally evaporated Alq 3 thin films has been studied for over six years in a few samples annealed and non-annealed afterwards exposed to the laboratory atmosphere. It was found that measured emission intensity decays with four different time-spectral behaviors, which imply existence molecular aggregations, or components. Insights have unveiled their interactions environment agents, are useful both optoelectronic utilizations this ubiquitous organo-metallic molecule possessing long lifetime basic research application similar organic molecules.
