摘要: A CMOS receiver for the Global Positioning System (GPS) is presented. It designed in a 0.13/spl mu/m standard process and fully integrated needs of system-on-chip (SoC) solution GPS assisted (A-GPS). provides needed frequency conversion, gain filtering signals without any other external components than those required matching decoupling. The includes local oscillator (LO) signal generation all supply voltage regulators. achieved noise figure (NF) 1.8dB, including losses blocking requirements.
