摘要: Process models, consisting of transferable and applicable knowledge, can be used for various tasks such as process development optimization, predicting controlling critical variables. In this regard, mechanistic describing the mechanism a system with distinct model structure characteristic parameters, are very promising. The reliable is usually step, before simulation application show beneficial effects. chapter, workflow generation models presented applied on typical cell culture process. The includes definition reactions identification their kinetics. By an iterative approach different kinetics tested quality assessed, leading to final, target-oriented model.
