摘要: Short peptides appropriately linked with an azobenzene conformational switch were found to be motif and pH dependant supramolecular hydrogelators. The hydrogelation properties of the short studied in detail respect dependence on amino acid residue, salt effect. presence acids aromatic side chains such as Phe Tyr was favorable for gel water at appropriate range. Cationic residues Arg Lys unfavorable hydrogelation. effect also important factors peptides. A series bioactive sequences their investigated. Photoresponsive hydrogels realized based E-/Z- transition upon light irradiation. Proper combination resulted smart responses multiple stimuli.
